WHEREAS Twilight Merchants Limited, of P.O. Box 88470, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3705, section VI, mainland north, within Mombasa Municipality, Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 21648/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 6578, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.19 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 1870/283/111, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a grant registered as I.R. 20759/1, and whereas the said Young Investments Limited, has executed an instrument of surrender in favour of the Government of Kenya, of P.O. Box 30089, Nairobi, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (A) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 20759/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of surrender.
