WHEREAS Kamau Wairegi alias Peter Wairegi Karu (de- ceased), of P.O. Box 42633, in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Ngenda/Karuri/176, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1027 of 1998 has ofGe.ed tat tnd’Sz'4 niece of land-be transferred to (1) Lucas Mwenga Wairegi and (2) Kamanga Wairegi, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of (1) Lucas Mwenga Wairegi and (2) Kamanga Wairegi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said succession documents and issue a-land title deed to the said (1) Lucas Mwenga Wairegi and (2) Kamanga Wairegi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Wairegi alias Peter Wairegi Karu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
