TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause No. 399 oF 1998 By Johnson Mutali, of P.O. Box 2, Malava in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sosia Muchina, late of Chemuche Sub-location, Kakamega District in Kenya, who died there on 16th September, 1988. Cause No. 403 oF 1998 By (1) Peiscah Adhiambo Wesah and (2) Sophia Shikuku Wesah, both of P.O. Box 1395, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mondoni Wesah Onotsi, late of Emusire, Vihiga in Kenya, who died at District Hospital, Busia in Kenya, on 22nd November, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
