TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Cause No. 159 oF 1998 By (1) Samwel Kiprop Kilel, (2) Joseph Kipkorir Kilel and (3) David Kiptonui Kilel, all of P.O. Box 26, Kamagat in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of Jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkilel arap Nyigéi, late of Kapsorok in Kenya, who died there on 18th July, 1997. Cause No. 161 oF 1998 By Sarah Cherop, of P.O. Box 42, Londiani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kipkemoi Kedowa, who died at Greenview Nursing Home in Kenya, on Sth May, 1997. The court wil! proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
