TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th October, 2021 CAUSE No. E86 OF 2021 By (1) Caroline Mutwa Mwende Mwinzi and (2) Kalisa Mwinzi, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamau Kimanzi, late of Migwani, who died on 2nd April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2021 By Winstone Moses Omondi Nyabera, of P.O. Box 3180, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Atieno Nyambera, late of Kanbuor, Siaya, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2021 By (1) John Kariuki Ndirangu and (2) Joseph Maina Ndirangu, both of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndirangu Kiritai, who died at Nakuru Nursing Home, on 2nd November, 2020. CAUSE No. E111 OF 2021 By (1) Teresia Njoki Munga and (2) Gabriel Chege Munga, both of P.O. Box 41, Kabazi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Munga Chege, who died at Kapenguria Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary arid appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
