TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2021 By Joseph Kiptoo Kasaon, of P.O. Box 14207-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Jerop Kasaon, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2018. CAUSE No. E83 OF 2021 By (1) Stephen Ruto Chebet and (2) Bric Chemock Chebet, both of P.O. Box 719-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebet Kangor, who died at District Hospital, Kabarnet in Kenya, on 22nd January, 2018. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
