TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 240 oF 2020 By (1) Selpha Amakobe Bwire and (2) Owen Bwire Junge, both of P.O Box 311, Funyala in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelly Nekesa Junge, late of Nakuru, who died at AIC Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Kenda Mwirigi and (2) Simon Ngari Kariuki, both of P.O Box 206, Gilgil in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Keru Wanderi, late of Nyandarua, who died at Wanjohi, on 3rd June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerya Gazette.
