Box 53, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s stepbrother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mol Ongala allas Moi Ang’ala, who died at Kaila, on 9th July, 2013. CAUSE No. E829 OF 2021 By Roy Ochieng Samo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of Jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Chiaga Sidika alias Chiaga Sidika, who died on 16th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E838 OF 2021 By Roy Ochieng Samo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Owino ‘Gwenga, sho died on 10th May, 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown, to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thisty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya.
