TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 152 OF 2021 By (1) George ’Kiogora Ruuri, (2) Albina Kinya Mutwiri and (3) Sarah Kagwiria Ruuri, all of P.O. Box 144, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of probate to the estate of Cecilia Nyoroka Ruuri, who died at Nanyuki, on 22nd September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the: contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
