TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2021 By (1) § Nabwire Mmula, (2) Denis Mula Jonah and (3) ‘ Stephen Mula Siachire, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Bemard Mandila Mmula, who died at Sirende, on 18th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
