TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 234 OF 2021 By George Otieno Oyugi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyprian Oyugi Ajema, who died at Rosewood Nursing Home, on 19th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. 237 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Maina Wanchage and (2) Juma Getangenyi David, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanchage Osoko alias Wanchage Soko, who died at Nyamntiro, on 15th July, 2003. CAUSE NO. 238 OF 2021 By (1) Simion Muniko Mwita, (2) John Gati Mwita and (3) Chacha Muniko Maroa, all of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Muniko Maroa, who died at Komomange Sub-location, on 29th January, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
