TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 187 OF 2021 By Nick Ogutu Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmasius Onyango Oyondi alias Dalmas Onyango Oyondi, who died at Wiga Sub-location, on 11th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. 211 OF 2021 By (1) Silfanus Marau Korumba and (2) Benard Otieno Masasi, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oduongo Okelo, who died at Sungnana- Kopanga, on 2nd August, 2001. CAUSE NO. 225 OF 2021 By Julita Akinyi Wasonga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Muthondi alias Zanblon Muthondi, who died at Mubachi Sub-location, on 10th February, 2003. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown 'to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
