TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th October, 2021 CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2020 By Christopher Kiprugut Yego, of P.O. Box 34-30214, Ziwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaru arap Kisorio, who died at Ziwa Location, on ist July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2021 By (1) Eunice Jesaina Bett, (2) Judith Jerono, (3) Jacob Kipsaina Kipyego and (4) Joakim Kiprop Kipyego, all of P.O. Box 4557- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipyego Kimeli, late of Lotonyok, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
