Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tinega Onyiego alias Christopher Mageto Ony1ego, who died on 12th August 1995. CAUSE NO. 538 OF 2021 By Miriam Kemunto Nyabiage. of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Nyabiage Maecha, who died on 26th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
