TAKE NOTICE that an‘ application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E541 0F 2021 By Kennedy Obury Moracha, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magoma Moracha, who died on 22nd November, 2016. CAUSE NO. E545 OF 2021 By Mary Nyabonyi Nyandika, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Masongo Nyandika, who died at Bosongo Medical Centre, on 18th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
