TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court im: CAUSE NO. 135 oF 2020 By Margaret Wanjiku’ Nduru, of P.O. Box 96, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Kimani, who died at Kandani, on 6th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. 155 OF 2021 By Francis Njoroge, of P.O. Box 67, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Thuku Macharia, who died at Marumi Sub-location, on 2nd January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
