Box 2669-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to. the estate of Mutungi M’Bagiri alias Mutungi s/o Bagiti alias M’Mutung. M’Bagiri, who died at Kather, East, on 13th September, 1984. Tbe Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contvary and a in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this uotice in the Kenya Gazette.
