WHEREAS Samuel Njuguna Gitaka, of P.O. Box 1768, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor as personal representative of Gatuthu Njuguna alias Geoffery Gatuthu Njuguna of that piece of land comprising 0.1102 acre or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 4953/IV/29, situate in Thika Municipality, Thika District, held under a grant, registered as IR. 12168/1, and whereas the said Samuel Njuguna Gitaka has executed an instrument of lease in favour of Interlab Pharmacy Limited, a limited liability Company. incorporated \in Kenya having its registered office as P.O. Box 4203, Thika, and whereas affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 121§8/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period I ‘intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of lease. Box 11673, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas an affideei: “sas been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Au wees ang that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 34833/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been receiyed within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
