THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mbai Njoroge, of P.O. Box 301, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kiganjo/Gachika/25, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Thika, in civil case No. 823 of 1994, has ordered that the said piece-of land be transferred to (1) Paul Mbatia Kabucho, (2) Peter Wainaina Njoroge, (3) Francis Ndirangu Njoroge and (4) John Mbai Njoroge, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Mbai Njoroge, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
