AUTHORIZATION

NOTICE is given that the Municipal Council of Mombasa, a local authority duly constituted under the Local Government Act, has agreed with Kenya Bus Services, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya and having its registered office at Mombasa, P.O. Box 90380, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, authorizing the said company to operate omni buses and vehicle services for the carriage of passengers and their luggages and that each omni bus will be restricted to a minimum of thirty-two, (32) seats. Take notice that after the expiration of thirty (30) days the council shall issue a prohibition order in favour of the said company if no objections are received. Dated the 15th October, 1998. H. O.
