NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act (Cap. 500), that the business of a restaurant carried on by Amrose Limited, under the name “Le Papillon” at Shop No. 5 erected and being on L.R. No. 1870/IX/162, has with effect from 1st September, 1998, been sold and transferred to Kentbury Trading Company Limited, who will carry on the said business under the same name and at the same premises. All debts or liabilities of the said business upto and including 31st August, 1998, shall be received and paid by the transferor. The transferee is not assuming nor is it intended to assume any liabilities so far incurred by the transferor in respect of the said business upto and including 31st August, 1998.
