IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (a) of the Board of Adult Education Act, the Minister for Home Affairs, National Heritage, Culture and Social Services appoints— FLoriDA AMAKOBE Karani (PRoF.) to be chairman of the Board of Adult Education, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 17th July, 1998.
