THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary Odhiambo and (2) Anthony Omondi Dosio, the administratrix and administrator, respectively, of Jefitha George Odhiambo Dosio (deceased), both of P.O. Box 52212, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/3306/2, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 67587/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show. that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title at the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period.
