WHEREAS the Kenya Power and Lighting Company Limited, of P.O. Box 30099, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land situate within Mombasa Municipality Island, Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XIX/31, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been - received within that period. ~ Dated the 30th October, 1998.
