GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6032

WHEREAS Joseph Nderitu Waweru, of P.O. Box 347, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.431 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Leshau Karagoini Block 1/405, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I sha! issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. NJOROGE, Lo : Land Registrar, Nyandarua/Laikipia/Samburu Districts. that piece of land known as parcel No. Kericho/Ainamoi/900, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereag the principal magistrate’s court at Kericho, in misc. app. case No. 23 of 1989, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided into two equal portions and a portion be transferred to Taprandich Koe Kabwos, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation and transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Taprandich Koe Kabwos, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, Tintend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said mutation and transfer instrument and issue a land title deed to the said Taprandich Koe Kabwos, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bornes Chepkurgat Kabwos, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
