ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), to the owners of the following vehicles, (1) Fiat Uno 60S, reg. No. KAD 961N and (2) Fiat 131 1600, reg. No. KAA 141X, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from Burns & Blane Engineering Workshop, along Kampala Road, Industrial Area, P.O. Box 41420, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding charges for repairs plus storage . charges and any incidental costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failing which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or by private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against any accrued charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owners’ credit but should there be a’ shortfall,-the owner, shall be liable.
