REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Block Busters Holdings Limited, of P.O. Box 1055, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as portion No. 3392 (original No. 1754/15), situate in the Malindi Township, Malindi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 23551, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
