Government Printer, Nairobi IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS TO THE “KENYA GAZETTE” THE following notes are for the guidance of persons sub muting “copy” for inclusion in the Kenya Gazette, Supplement, Ww The Kenya Gazette contains notices of a general nature which do not affect legislation, They are, therefore, sub- mitted to the Government Printer directly. (2) Legislative Supplement contains Rules and Regulations which are issued by the central Govermment. Because of this they must be submitted to the Government Printer through the office of the Attomey-General. (3) Bill Supplement contains Bills which are for introduction in the National Assembly. (4) Act Supplement contains Acts pagsed by the National Assembly. Alt “copy” submitted for publication should be prepared on one side of an A4 sheet no matter how small the notice is, each page being numbered, and sould 6e typewritten with deuble spacing. Copy should be clear, legible and contain no alterations. Particular attention should be paid to the following points: G) Signature must be supported by rubber stamping or typing the name of the signatory in capital letters. (a) Dates must be correct and filled in where necessary. (iii) Care should be taken to ensure that all headings to notices and references to legislation are up to date and conform with the Revised Edition of the Laws of Kenya.
