GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5154

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, to ex-chief Ngethe, trading in the name and style of Sindiyu ole Ntalamiya Transporters, of P.O. Box 21082, Nairobi, as owner of the vehicle registration No. KAG 979H, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Roysambu Petrol Station, along Nairobi-Thika Road, of P.O. Box 65043, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date hereof upon payment of all outstanding charges of KSh. 53,811 plus storage charges of KSh. 300 per day from 1st October, 1996, and any incidental costs including cost of publishing this notice, failing which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the said sale shall be defrayed against any accrued charges and the balance if any, shall remain at the owner’s credit but should there be a shortage, the owner shall be liable.
