REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ahmed s/o Khamis Shapi, of P.O. Box 88812, - Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as subdivision No. 320, section I, mainland north, situate within Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. No. 1707/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of hinety (90) days from the date hereof _ T shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period. - Dated the 21st August, 1998.
