WHEREAS Kitheka Muvita, of. Kanyuambora, Mbeere Dis- trict in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Evurore/Nguthi/1858, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the Minister of Lands and Settlement in Land Appeal Case No. 106 of 1975, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Kariuki Gichuhi, of Kanyuambora, Mbeere District, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed’ and proceed with the registration of the said order and issue a land title deed to the said Kariuki Gichuhi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kitheka Muvita, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no. effect. Gazetre Notice No. 4362 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) ReGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS M’Rubarua M'Kiaira (deceased), c/o Assistant 7 Chief, Nkachie Sub-location in the Republic of Kenya,’ is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcet No. Abogeta/Nkachie/427, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas: the High Court of Kenya at Meru, in succession cause No. 61 of — 1997, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Maritha Gatiria (administratrix), of c/o Assistant Chief, Nkachie Sub-location, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Maritha Gatiria, c/o. Assistant Chief, Nkachie Sub-location, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Maritha Gatiria, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Rubarua M’Kiaira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
