IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that after three (3) months after the date of publication of this: notice, I intend to apply to the Chief Justice for leave to destroy the records and files of the court of the district resident magistrate at Maseno as set out herebelow: ' Traffic Cases— 1987—1 to 930 932 to 2668 1988—1 to 432 1673 to 437 of 1989 : 1989—438 to 1357 “ : : "~~ 1358 to 2360 . All exhibits to which no claim is substantiated before the destruction of the records shall under rule 4 be deemed to be part of the records for the purpose of destruction. J.
