IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts)
Rules, notice is given that after three (3) months after the date of publication of this notice, I intend to apply to the
Chief Justice for leave to destroy the records and filés of the court of the district resident magistrate at Isiolo as set out herebelow:

1994—1 to 377
1995—1 to 374
All dairies covering the year 1993 to 1997 notices and death reports by police.
Any person desiring the return of an exhibit in any of the above cases must make good his claim before the expiry of three (3) months after the publication of this notice. All exhibits to which no claim is substantiated before the destruction of the records shall under rule 4 be deemed to be part of the records for the purpose of destruction.
