GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3643

WHEREAS William Taliti, of P.O. Box 63, Kimilili in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kimilili/Kamukuywa/1069, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega, in civil suit No. 689 of 1992, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Maurice Mukhone Atii, of P.O. Box 535, Webuye, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Maurice Mukhone Atii, of P.O. Box 535, Webuye, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Maurice Mukhone Atii, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said William Taliti, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
