GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3993

WHEREAS Samwel Njeru Mbogo, of Kigaa, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kagaari/Kigaa/ 3652, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the resident magistrate’s court at Runyenjes, in civil suit. No. 77 of 1994, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Lucy Wanja Ndania, of P.O. Box 51, Runyenjes, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Lucy Wanja Ndania, of P.O. Box 51, Runyenjes, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Lucy Wanja Ndania, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Njeru Mbogo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
