WHEREAS Kajahi Building Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 73372, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/4300/36, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 10442/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, T shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period. No. 1144/5/XVII, situate in the district of Naivasha, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 16919/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
