APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by subparagraph (1) (c) of paragraph { of the schedule to the Electric Power Act, 1997, the Minister for Energy appoints— the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Energy, Dalmas Otieno, G. C. M. Groom, J. J. Mugalla, Kipngetich arap Korir-Bett, F. J. Gichaga, to be members of the Electricity Regulatory Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 6th May, 1998.
