WHEREAS Ephantus Njagi Kavungura (ID/3738005), of P.O. Box 21, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 3.24 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title No. Ngandori/Kirigi/114, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the jand title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that Gazette Notice No, 1928 THE REGISTERED. LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Kipkorir arap Ngetich, of P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Nandi/Kombe/384, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Kapsabet, in civil suit No. 25 of 1997, has ordered that the . Said piece of land be transferred to John Kimeli Ngetich, of P.O. Box 356, Kapsabet, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of John Kimeli Ngetich, of P.O. Box 356, Kapsabet, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said John Kimeli Ngetich, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkorir arap Ngetich, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
