WHEREAS United Housing Estate Limited, a limited fiability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office of P.O. Box 41004, Nairobi, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 37/251/1, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 19343/1, amd whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 19343 /1 has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional cer- tificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
