THE TRADITIONAL LIQUOR LICENSING ACT

TRANSFER
NOTICE is given that the next statutory meeting of the Nairobi
Traditional Liquor Licensing Board will be held in the Provincial
Commissioner’s Office, Nyayo House, Kenyatta Avenue, on
Monday, 8th June, 1998, at 10.00 a.m.
Applications to be considered at the meeting must be received at the Provincial Commissioner’s Office, P.O. Box 30124, Nairobi before 20th April, 1998, on the appropriate form in triplicate.
Applications received after the closing date may be considered if received on or before iith May, 1998, on paymeni by ihe applicant of a non-refundable fee of KSh. 100.

Applicants for new licences; transfers, or removals must appear before the Board in person or by advocate. Applicants are advised to submit their applications in person or by registered post using the above address.

Statutory Meeting
NOTICE is given that the next statutory meeting of the Kiambu
Liquor Licensing Court will be held in the District Commission- er’s office, Kiambu, on Monday, 11th May, 1998, at 10.00 a.m.
Applications to be considered at this meeting whether for new, renewal, transfer, removal or conversion of licences should be submitted on the prescribed form G.P. 147 (or form G.P. 148 in case of transfer or removal) in triplicate with a KSh. 10 adhesive revenue stamp affixed on the original copy only and addressed to the Chairman, Kiambu Liquor Licensing Court, P.@. Box 32, Kiambu, so as to reach him on or before 25th March, 1998.
Late applications will only be considered on or before 9th
April, 1998, and on payment of KSh. 500 being late application fee.
Applicants for new licences, transfer, renewals or conversion must appear in person before the court or be represented by an advocate. Attendance in court by renewal applicants is optional unless there are objections in which case attendance is desirable.
Applicants for renewals must attach photostat copies for their previous licences and send their applications by registered, post or défiver them in person.
