TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CausE No. 33 oF 1998 By (1) Nina Ekuwom Ejore, (2) Mary Aduk Ejore and (3) Amoni Ekal Lokwawi, all of P.O. Box 446, Lodwar, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Barnabas Ejore, late of Lodwar Town in Kenya, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 1991. CAUSE No. 35 oF 1998 By Joseph Mugambi Kiringo, of P.O. Box 623, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Miringo Kiringo, late of Turkwel, Turkana District in Kenya, who died at Kitale Nursing Home in Kenya, on 21st December, 1997. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in’ this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
