TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: Cause No. 6 oF 1998
By Indira Amarshi Mandallia, of P.O. Box 1908, Kisumu in
Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramji Daya Bhoja, late of
Nairobi in Kenya, who died on 27th February, 1992.
The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to. the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the
Kenya Gazette.
