IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Antiquities and Monuments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs, National Heritage, Culture and Social Services revokes Gazette Notice Nio. 1552 of 1998, withdrawing the declaration of Kaya Tiwi as a monument for the purposes of the Act.
