GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1571

WHEREAS Philimon K. Simatwa, of Moi’s Bridge, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece’ of land known as parcel No. Kakamega/Moi’s Bridge/8, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the resident magistrate’s court at Webuye in‘civil suit No. 237 of 1997, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Peter Kipleting Kipkosikei, of P.O. Box 174, Ndalu, Kenya, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Peter Kipleting Kipkosikei, of P.O. Box 174, Ndalu, Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Peter Kipleting Kipkosikei, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Philimon K.
