WHEREAS Special Dreams Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 624, Malindi, is the registered proprietor in fee simpte of those pieces of land known as subdivision Nos. 5478, 5479, 5480, 5481, 5482, 5483, 5484, 5485, 5486, 5487, 5488, 5489, within Malindi Municipality, Malindi District, held by certifi- cates cif title registered as C.R. Nos. 21168/1, 21169/1, 21170/1, 21171 /1, 21172/1, 21173/1, 21174/1, 21175/1, = 21176/1, 21177/1, 21178/1, 21179/1, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of title registered as C.R. Nos. 21168/1, 21169/1, 21170/1, 21171/1, 21172/1, 24173/1, 21174/1, 21175/1 21176/1, 9 29177/1, 21178/1, 21179/1, are lost, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that ‘the said certificates of title registered as C.R. Nos. 21168/1, 21169/1, 21170/1. 21171/1, 21172/1, 21173/1, 21174/1. 21175/1, 21176/1, 21177/1, 21178/1, 21179/1, are ne‘ available for registra'ion, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided that mo objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificates of title and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of transfer, and thereafter issue provisional certificates of title after the expira- tion of ninety (90) days.
