GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 994

WHEREAS Samwel Boen, of P.O. Box 643, Eldoret in -the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Nandi/Lelmokwo/553, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Kapsabet, in civil suit No. LDT. 78/97, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Ezekiel Kiprotich Kibaen, of P.O. Box 1828, Kitale, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Ezekiel Kiprotich Kibaen, of P.O. Box 1828, Kitale, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said ‘land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Ezekiel Kiprotich Kibaen, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Boen, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
