Ngala & Company, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaack Kipyego Maiyo, late of Laboret, Kipkaren Selia in Kenya, who died at District Hospital, Eldoret in Kenya, on 24th August, 1997. " Cause No. 305 oF 1997 By Jane Chemaiyo Kerewa, of P.O. Box 13, Chemase in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administra- tion intestate to the estate of George Kerewa, late of Chemase in Kenya, who died at Nandi Hills Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 1996. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
