Box 408, Thika, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12764/8, situate in the south-east of Kahawa Station, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 40634/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 40634/1 has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, 1 shalt issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
