THE LIQUOR LICENSING ACT

REGISTRATION
NOTICE is given that the next statutory meeting of the Kwale
Liquor Licensing Court will be held in the District Commission- er’s office, on Monday, 11th May, 1998, at 10.00 a.m.
Applications to be considered at this meeting whether for new, renewal, transfer, removal or conversion of licences should be submitted on the prescribed form G.P. 147 (or form G.P. 148 in case of transfer or removal) in triplicate with a. KSh. 10 adhesive revenue stamp affixed on the original copy only and addressed to the Chairman, Kwale Liquor Licensing Court, P.O. Box 1, Kwale, so as to reach him on or before 25th March, 1998.
Late applications will only be considered on or before 14th
April, 1998 and on payment of KSh. 500 being late application fee.
Applicants for new licences, transfer, renewals or conversion .
must appear in person before the court or be represented by an advocate. Attendance in court by renewal applicants is optional unless there are objections in which case attendance is desirable.
Applicants for renewals must attach photostat copies for their previous licences and send their applications by registered post or deliver them by hand.

CHANGE OF OwneRSHIP OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
WHEREAS Peter Onyango Omala, of P.O. Box 39, Kisumu, is the registered owner of the vehicle registration No. KPU 428, details of which are set out in the schedule, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the vehicle has been sold to Kombo A. M. Ngongo, of P.O. Box 49, Etago, Kisii and the registered owner cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall effect transfer of the vehicle to the new owner and issue a duplicate registration book provided that no objection has been received within that period.
