TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this _ court in: Cause No. 45 oF 1996 By Josephat Kibiego Maiyo, of P.O. Box 484, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Kalya & Co., advocates of Kapsabet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiyo Korir, who died at Nandi Hills Hospital in Kenya. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
